PAYMENT WARRANTIES

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us that (i) the credit card information you supply us is true, correct, and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges. YOU, AND NOT WALK4LIFE, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY, WHICH WERE NOT AUTHORIZED BY YOU. You further represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us and will be paying via check that you will pay all of the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges, in a timely manner. A finance charge of 1.5% per month on the unpaid amount of an invoice, or the maximum amount allowed by law, will be charged on past due accounts. Payments made on past due accounts will thereafter be applied first to accrued interest and then to the principal unpaid balance. You shall be responsible for any attorney fees, court costs, or other costs incurred in collection of delinquent accounts

USER WARRANTIES & INDEMNIFICATION

TERMINATION OF USAGE

Walk4Life may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any conduct that Walk4Life, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, Walk4Life, a third-party Provider, Merchant, Sponsor, service provider, or any other Associates.

GENERAL

This Agreement represents the complete agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between them. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and the other terms of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Walk4Life to act with respect to a breach of this Agreement by you or others does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit Walk4Life's rights with respect to such breach or any subsequent breaches. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under Illinois law as such law applies to agreements between Illinois residents entered into and to be performed within Illinois. Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of this Site must be brought in the state or federal courts of Illinois. Walk4Life further reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time. If Walk4Life makes any change to the Terms of Use, Walk4Life shall post the changes on this page of the Site and they shall become effective upon posting.
